Participation in and submission of an entry to the Nomo Smart Care BrandsMart 2026 TV Giveaway (the “Promotion”) constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion shall occur between 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Saturday, June 27, 2026, and 4:00:00 PM ET on Saturday, June 27, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted past the expiration of the Promotion Period will not be accepted. Entries do not carry forward and are not eligible for subsequent drawings.

2. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by Nomo Smart Care, LLC, 7151 Metro Blvd, Edina, MN 55439 (“Sponsor”).

3. Eligibility

Participation is open only to living individuals who are legal residents of the lower forty-eight (48) states of the United States and the District of Columbia, and who are at least 18 years of age or older as of the commencement of the Promotion Period (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older, and residents of Mississippi who must be 21 years of age or older). VOID IN PUERTO RICO, HAWAII, ALASKA, OUTSIDE THE U.S., AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its respective subsidiaries, members, affiliates, advertising, promotion, and web design agencies, and their respective affiliates, assigns, or representatives (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), as well as family members or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, you must complete both of the following steps during the Promotion Period:

• (a) Scan the QR Code at the BrandsMart Demo Days Nomo Smart Care Activation; and
• (b) Complete and submit the online form on the Nomo Smart Care TV Giveaway Landing Page (https://nomosmartcare.com/pages/brandsmart-tv-giveaway) with your complete name, email address, and physical street address (including zip code).

Upon receipt of your digital entry, you will be automatically entered in the Promotion. Limit one (1) entry per person. Mechanically produced entries are not eligible. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for the Promotion.

5. Random Drawings/Odds of Winning

Two (2) winners will be selected after the conclusion of the Promotion Period in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prizes

Each winner will receive one (1) Element Electronics EMQ600AE100G 100" Mini-LED QLED 4K UHD HDR 144Hz Smart Google TV. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is $2,499.99. Prize Winners will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail values. Sponsor will arrange to ship the Prize to a physical address confirmed by each winner; P.O. Boxes are not acceptable. The Prize may not be assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

7. Taxes

Prize Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the Prize. Winners will be required to submit an IRS Form W-9 including their Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes. Failure to submit a complete W-9 will result in forfeiture of the Prize. The Prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified via email by 5:00:00 PM ET on Monday, June 29, 2026. Winners must respond and complete/return a Release of Liability and Publicity document, a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, and their Social Security Number within seven (7) business days from the date of notification, or the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor will only select one (1) alternate winner per prize, after which the prize will remain unawarded.

9. General Conditions

• A. Cancellation: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Promotion.
• B. Interference: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent of the law.
• C. Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
• D. Privacy Policy: Personal information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at http://www.nomosmartcare.com/privacy-policy.

10. Winner List Request

For a copy of the Winner List, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Nomo Smart Care 2026 BrandsMart TV Giveaway, 7151 Metro Blvd, Edina, MN, 55439. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage. Requests must be received no earlier than 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
