Emergency Response

If an emergency is detected, such as a panic button press, The Nomo system immediately notifies the Care Circle through multiple channels.

Caregivers will receive

An automated voice call with the option to connect directly to the hub
A text and push notification that details what triggered the alert and which device sent it.
To stop the alert, a caregiver must resolve the emergency in the app. Otherwise, caregivers receive calls, texts, and notifications up to seven times in 35 minutes. If unanswered, a safety agent is notified and may call 911 if they can’t reach your loved one or a caregiver.

Your Care Circle, connected

Easily add trusted family members, friends, or professionals to your Care Circle so they can stay connected and provide support. Caregivers can access key features like viewing activity, sending messages, leaving notes, engage in two-way communication, and receiving real-time notifications.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

The 30-day trial starts after you set up your payment for the app. You'll be asked for payment at the end of setup. You can also pay later by going to Settings (bottom right) → Account & Payments → Subscriptions.
How long does it take to get my products?

Shipping to locations in the United States can take up to 5 business days. International shipping can take up to 14 business days.
Does the Care Recipient need a cell phone?

No, the Care Recipient doesn't need a cell phone to set up the system and doesn't need to download the app. During signup, you can add either a cell phone or landline number for the Care Recipient to continue the setup process.
