Login services were unavailable on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time. During that window, some users may have been unable to sign in. Login has been restored.

Fall detection, emergency alerts, pokes and reminders, voice calls to the hub, and escalations to our central monitoring team are not affected.
